No other details have been released so far. This is the big announcement the publisher has been teasing since last week. It'll be released during the Holiday season, with a public multiplayer beta due in summer for anybody who buys Splinter Cell: Conviction for Xbox 360. It's being made at the company's French studios in Paris. Ubisoft's announced Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.
